Welcome to Marouch Travel. By browsing our website (marouchtravel.com) or purchasing customized tour services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
To confirm a private tour, Sahara desert camp reservation, or bespoke itinerary package, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the tour start date. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required immediately.
We strive to deliver travel plans exactly as booked. However, due to weather conditions, localized safety advisories, road closures in mountain passes, or hotel availability, minor changes to your itinerary may be made. We will notify you immediately of any major adjustments and offer equivalent alternatives.
If you wish to cancel your tour booking, you must submit written notice via email. Our standard refund policies are as follows:
It is a mandatory condition of booking a tour with Marouch Travel that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Your policy should cover personal injury, medical emergencies, evacuation costs, travel delays, and trip cancellation due to unexpected circumstances.
Marouch Travel acts as an agent coordinating local service providers (hotels, transport, desert camps, riads). We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, baggage loss, delays, or financial loss caused by local contractors, airlines, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
